What we collect

This site collects only what you choose to send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and any company, phone, company-size, and message details you enter.

We also collect aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics about site usage — page views, referrers, approximate country, and device type — via Vercel Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not build a profile of individual visitors.

What we do with it

Contact form submissions are emailed to us so we can reply. That is their entire purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, enrol you in an automated sequence, sell your information, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained in our business email system in line with ordinary business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.

Who else touches your data

This site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered by our email provider. Both process data on our behalf in order to operate the site — neither uses it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@indsourceinc.comand we'll action it.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. The current version always governs.
